Genovate Solutions India Pvt.Ltd is based in Pune. You can find us at Flat No. 12 in the Bhayashree Appt on Sinhagad Road. We are in the Higne Khurd area, quite close to the Arvind Complex. Our office is basically an apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It has a very lived-in feel, which we actually prefer over those cold, glass office buildings in the city center. We do a lot of technical solution work here. The rooms are filled with computers and cables, and there’s usually someone tinkering with a piece of software or trying to fix a bug. Sinhagad Road is a very busy part of Pune, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have a small kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. It’s a pretty casual atmosphere. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just sit around our desks and work through our projects. Being near Arvind Complex is handy because there are plenty of shops and services nearby. We’ve been in Bhayashree Appt for a while now and we know the other residents in the building. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done, but you still feel like you’re part of the local community. We just focus on the tech side of things and try to keep our clients happy without any unnecessary fuss.
