Genieversal Technologies Llp is based out of City Vista in Kharadi, specifically at 15Th A on the fourth floor. It’s a busy part of town near Fountain Road, and you can always hear the horns honking outside if the windows aren't shut tight. The building itself is full of different offices, so there is a constant stream of people coming and going. Our particular spot on the fourth floor is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the team to sit comfortably without bumping into each other too much. We’ve got the usual setup with computers, a few whiteboards that are mostly covered in scribbles, and a bunch of half-used notebooks. The vibe is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. Lunchtime is usually the highlight when we talk about everything except work. The local shops nearby have some good snacks, so someone is usually going down to get samosas or tea in the late afternoon. It gets pretty hot in Pune during the summer, so we are thankful for the fans and the AC. We don’t really have any big mission statements on the walls. It is just a regular office where a group of people works on tech stuff and tries to get home before the traffic gets really bad.
