Geeta Fast Food

We are located at Nigdi 397/24, running Geeta Fast Food. It’s not a very big operation. We have a small kitchen area and a few tables out front for people to eat at. The menu is just whatever we decided to cook that morning, usually the same few things that people like. We use basic ingredients we get from the local vendors nearby. The chairs are plastic and don't always match, but they work fine. We get a lot of students and office workers who want something quick. It gets a bit chaotic during the lunch hour. We might forget to bring out the water right away or the spoons might be still in the wash, but everyone is usually patient. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, maybe just a calendar and a small clock that is five minutes fast. The smell of frying spices fills the whole place. We do our own washing and cleaning at the end of the shift. Nigdi is a good area with lots of people, so we stay busy enough. We aren't looking to become a big chain or anything. We just want to keep making food and serving the folks who walk through the door. Some days are better than others, but that is just how it is when you run a small food stall. We just keep the stove going and the shutters open. We don't have a fancy sign, just a simple place for a meal.
