We are over here at Ganaganagar in the Sanghvi area of Pune. Specifically, if you find Dnyanraj Apartment, we are in Flat No 5 on Plot No 10 B 11. It is a bit of a mix here, partly residential and partly offices. It doesn't feel like those big IT parks you see on the other side of Pune. Here, things are a bit quieter, except for the usual street sounds of 411027. We mostly work on computers all day. It is a small setup. Sometimes the neighbors are out drying clothes while we are inside trying to fix a bug or finish a project for a client. Being in an apartment means it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have our desks set up and wires everywhere. We have stayed put for a while now. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist at the front. You just come up to the flat and knock. It works for us. We handle the tech stuff and manage the business without much fuss. Lunch usually means ordering from a local spot or bringing something from home. It is a simple way to run a tech company. We aren't trying to be the next giant firm, just doing our work and staying consistent in Sanghvi. Some days the internet is fast, some days it’s not, but we keep the laptops running regardless. We just like doing our work here in the apartment.
