Gatitaa Technology Private Limited

Gatitaa Technology Private Limited operates out of a place in Kasarwadi, Pune. Specifically, we are in Flat 07 of the Sukhwani Akashdeep complex, which is in Wing D. Working out of a flat gives the whole business a very different vibe than being in a glass-and-steel office building. It feels a bit more like home, which is nice in some ways but also means we have to be careful not to get too comfortable. Kasarwadi is a busy area near the old highway, and the sounds of the traffic and the local trains are usually in the background while we work. We have converted the rooms into workspaces with desks and computers everywhere. It is a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on software and technology tasks. We do not have any big corporate signs or a fancy front desk. If someone knocks, one of us just goes to the door. We usually make our own tea in the small kitchen and take breaks on the balcony to get some air. It is a very local, practical way to run a company. We have been in this spot for a bit, and we like that it is not too formal. We just focus on the code and the tech problems we need to solve for our clients without worrying about looking like a big corporation.
