Our spot is down at Ingale Vasti in Narhe, right on the Dhayari Road. Specifically, we are at SN 34/1/3, MN890. If you know Narhegaon, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of people moving around. Garvaa Biryani Llp is our little venture here in Haveli Pune. We spend most of our time around big pots and the smell of spices. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the rice is just right. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of outlets. This is our main place where we actually do the work. The traffic on Dhayari Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but it brings a lot of folks our way. We don't have a professional writer to do our website or anything. This is just us talking. It gets pretty sweaty in the kitchen, and our aprons are never clean for long. We just wanted to make biryani that reminds us of home. It’s a simple goal, but it takes a lot of effort every single day. We open early to start the prep and we don't finish until the last pot is empty. It’s a practical, local business. We don't use fancy ingredients you can't pronounce, just the stuff we find at the local markets. It’s a bit messy, a bit loud, and very real. Most of our staff live nearby, so we are all part of the same neighborhood.
