Kunal Icon is a well-known spot, so it makes it easier for people to find us. Our office is essentially a converted flat, which gives it a very casual and lived-in feel. It’s not a stiff corporate office. We have a kitchen area where we make tea and a main room where all the computers are set up. Sometimes the society is quiet, and other times there are kids playing outside or neighbors chatting. We focus on the tech side of things and spend a lot of time looking at data and code. We aren't the type of company that uses a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just work on technology projects and try to make sure they function right. It can be a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. Being in Pune means we are around a lot of other tech people, but we just stick to our little corner in Kunal Icon. It’s a good place to work and the commute isn't too terrible.
