Rise N Shine Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is based out at Dattaprabha Farms in Ganeshwadi, Theur. We are in the Haveli Taluka area, which is quite a bit outside the main city. It’s a farm setting, so our daily life is very different from people working in office buildings. We are surrounded by fields and open space. The air is a bit cleaner out here, but the work is still hard. We spend a lot of time in the lab and then out in the greenhouse. It’s a biotech company, so we are always looking at plants and how they grow. Dattaprabha Farms is a big place, and it takes some time to get around. We have a small office area where we do the paperwork, but we prefer being outside. The weather really dictates our day. If it’s raining hard, we stay inside and catch up on filing. When it’s sunny, there is plenty to do with the crops. We aren't big on meetings or long speeches. We just talk while we work. The commute from Haveli is okay if you have a bike. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big gate. It’s just a farm where we do our biotech work. Sometimes we have visitors, but mostly it’s just our regular crew. We like the quiet out here in Theur. It’s a practical place for what we do with plants and we just keep it simple.
