Ganesh Bel & Panipori

We started Ganesh Bel & Panipori here near the ITPL area in Whitefield because we saw how many people were looking for a quick bite after work. It is right on the Marathalli outer ring road so traffic is always moving past us. We mostly focus on the usual snacks people like around here. It gets quite busy in the evenings when the offices let out. Sometimes we run out of things early if the crowd is bigger than we expected but we try to keep enough stock. It is just a small place, nothing fancy at all. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most of our regulars are just folks working nearby or living in the apartments around the ring road. We handle the prep ourselves every morning. The bhel is made fresh for every order. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working the counters. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but that's just how it is. We wanted to keep things simple and easy for people to find. If you are heading towards Kothrud or staying near Whitefield, you probably seen our sign. We keep the space as clean as we can. It is a basic setup but it works for what we do. Nothing more to it really. We just serve the food and hope people enjoy their break for a few minutes before they head back to the office or go home.
