Gandharv Fast Food

It has been a good few years since we first opened the doors at Gandharv Fast Food here in Dhanakawadi 14. This is just a small local spot where we spend most of our time standing by the stove or prepping at the back table. It isn't anything fancy, just a simple counter and some space for people to grab a quick bite. We start the day by chopping a lot of vegetables and making sure the gas is ready. By the time lunch rolls around, the kitchen gets quite hot and the noise from the street outside fills the room. Dhanakawadi 14 is a busy area, so there is always someone walking by or looking for a fast meal. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know the rhythm of the place and how to get things done when the orders start piling up. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy during the rush, but we clean it up when things settle down. We see a lot of the same people every day, like students from nearby or folks heading home after a long shift. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, especially in the summer heat, but it is what we know. We don't go in for big signs or loud music. We just open up, cook what needs to be cooked, and close the shutters at night.
