Gametime Technology Private Limited is based out of Bandal Estate in Bavdhan. Our specific spot is S No 979. Bavdhan is a nice part of town, a bit quieter than the city center but still has everything you need within a short walk. We’ve been working out of this estate for a while now. It’s a practical, no-nonsense space. We don't have any of those bean bags, ping pong tables, or game rooms you always hear about in modern tech companies. We just have sturdy chairs, big desks, and the hardware we need to work. It’s a professional but very relaxed atmosphere. We don't wear suits or ties or anything like that. Most days it’s just jeans and comfortable t-shirts while we focus on the technical side of things. The area around Bandal Estate is pretty convenient for all of us. The commute into Bavdhan is alright for most of us, as we live on this side of the city anyway. We’ve got a small, tight-knit team and we all just get along and do our jobs. There’s no big hierarchy or complicated management layers here. If something needs doing, whoever is free just handles it. We like being in Bavdhan because it’s not as chaotic as other parts of Pune. We just put in our hours, focus on the code, and then head home. It’s a simple life for us here at Gametime. We aren't trying to change the entire world, just trying to provide a good service.
