We’ve been here on Karve Road for a good while now. It started as a small spot and we just kept going. Most days it’s just us handling whatever comes through the door, usually folks needing a new screen guard or looking at the latest handsets. We have a glass counter full of different models and we try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we’re busy. Sometimes people come in just to ask how a certain feature works on their phone and we help them out if we aren’t tied up with a repair. The traffic outside is always loud but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the radio or someone testing a ringtone. We don't have a big fancy team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Most of our regulars live nearby and stop by on their way home from work. We sell chargers, headphones, and the usual stuff you’d expect. If something isn't in stock, we tell you straight. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Pune, just a reliable place where you can get your phone sorted without a lot of fuss. It’s a simple business. We open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer. That’s how it’s been for years. Karve Road is a busy place but we like our corner here.
