Fusion Kitchen

You can find us over at Home No 381 in Bibvewadi. It’s a pretty straightforward location, right opposite the Suhag Mangal Karyal. Because of the hall across the road, it gets very busy during the wedding season with music and crowds, which makes things interesting around here. Our setup is simple and based in a residential part of Pune. We aren't in a big mall or a commercial tower, just a regular building where we handle our business. Most days are spent looking after the orders and keeping everything organized in the kitchen area. It’s a lot of work and things can get a bit hectic when we have several things going at once. We usually have the front door open to let some air in. People in the neighborhood know us as the place across from the wedding hall. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working hard and making sure we get through the day's tasks. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when it’s quiet. We have been in Bibvewadi for a good amount of time now and we like the local feel of the place. It’s not a fancy corporate office, just a real place where people work. If you’re coming to see us at Fusion Kitchen, just look for the karyal and you’ll see our number 381 right there on the wall. That's about it really for our little spot.
