Down in Viman Nagar, specifically at Survey Number 199 and the surrounding plots, you will find us working away. This area is always moving with people and traffic. Being at Plot Number 1 means we see a lot of what goes on in this part of town. Our daily life is mostly centered around the kitchen and the dining area. There is always a lot of noise, from the clinking of plates to the sound of the exhaust fans running in the back. We started Fumosoo because we wanted a place in this neighborhood where we could just cook and serve. It gets really busy during the lunch rush and again in the evening when people are heading home. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and prepping for the next shift. Sometimes we run out of something and have to scramble to get more from the market. It’s not always smooth, but that’s just how the restaurant business goes. The staff here is just a small group of us trying to keep things moving. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just open the doors, get the stove going, and stay until the last customer leaves. Viman Nagar is a good place to be, even if it’s a bit hectic sometimes. We just focus on the food and the day ahead. There is always something to do in a kitchen.
