We are out here at Gat No.357/17/2 and 357/18 in Waghjainagar. It’s on Ambethan Road in the Kharabwadi area, which is part of the Khed Taluka near Pune. It’s a bit of a drive out from the city center, but we like the space we have out here. Fs Compressors India Pvt. Ltd. takes up a decent-sized plot. The road can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up, and we spend a lot of time sweeping out the entrance. The building is mostly just one big open space where all the equipment stays. We don't have any fancy air conditioning in the main area, just some big industrial fans that move the air around. It gets the job done. Our team is mostly made up of people from the nearby villages and towns. We all just show up and get to work. There’s a lot of clanking and the sound of metal on metal throughout the day. We have a small area for files and a computer, but most of the action happens on the floor. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have meetings about meetings. We just talk about what needs to be finished before the day ends. The location in Pune works out well for logistics, even if the roads are a bit bumpy. We’re just a group of people working hard at our spot on Ambethan Road and trying to keep things organized.
