Friends Telecom

Friends Telecom is a small shop located at Vadgaon Budruk 4. You can find us right in the middle of all the local activity. It usually feels a bit cramped inside because we have so many phone accessories, cases, and spare parts tucked into every corner. People come in all day long with broken screens or phones that just decided to stop turning on. We spend a lot of our time staring through magnifying glasses at tiny little components. It is not exactly a fancy job but we actually like doing it. The name of the shop fits because most of our customers are people from the neighborhood that we have known for years. We do not have any corporate training or scripts to follow. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them out with their mobile problems. Sometimes we cannot fix a phone right away and we have to give the owner the bad news, but we are always honest about it. The shop gets pretty noisy when there are four or five people in there at the same time all talking at once. Vadgaon Budruk is a very lively area and there is always something interesting happening right outside our front door. We sell a few phones too, mostly the basic models that people actually use every day. We are not trying to be a big chain store or anything.
