Friends Fast Food

Friends Fast Food is located at Shop No P 3 in the Indranagari Society. We are tucked away in Dahanukar Colony, which is part of the Kothrud area in Pune. Being inside a society means we mostly serve the people who live right here or in the buildings nearby. Kothrud is a big residential zone, and Dahanukar Colony has its own quiet feel compared to the main roads. We started this shop a while back in this small space. It’s just one room with a small counter and a few places to stand or sit outside. Every afternoon, we start chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready for the evening. The local kids usually come by after school, and then the office folks stop in later on. Since we are in a housing society, we have to keep the noise down and make sure we don't block the walkway. It’s a small family-style operation. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy signs. Most people find us because they live around the corner or heard about us from a neighbor. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of change, but that’s part of the daily routine. The Pune weather is usually nice, so people don't mind waiting outside for their food. We just keep things moving and try to be quick. It’s a simple life running a small shop in Kothrud. We are here every day except for the occasional holiday or when something urgent comes up at home.
