Freshars

We go by the name Freshars, and you can find us at Shanker Raghu Kungir’s place in Junavanenager, Aundh. Aundh is a nice part of Pune, and Junavanenager is a bit more tucked away, which we like. It’s not as loud as the main roads. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build something in our own neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a home-style setup where we feel comfortable. We spend our mornings planning out what needs to be done and the rest of the day actually doing it. There are no managers breathing down our necks, just us keeping each other on track. We try to be honest with everyone we deal with. If we can't do something, we just say so. We don't like overcomplicating things with big words or empty promises. Sometimes we take our work out to the small porch when the weather is nice. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still get a lot of work finished. Being in Aundh is great because everything we need is just a short walk away. We’ve been at Shanker Raghu Kungir for a while now and it feels like the right spot for us. Just a few regular people working hard in Pune and trying to make it work.
