Frequence Software Llp operates out of a row house in the Cloud-9 complex. Specifically, we are at Row House No 5-A, located on Nibm Road in Kondhawa Khurd. The survey numbers are 46/1/3 and 46/1/2. Being in a row house makes it feel much less like a standard office and more like a place where you can actually think. We focus on software development and related tasks. It’s a small group of us here in Pune. Nibm Road is a pretty well-known spot, so it's easy for us to get around and find what we need. We aren't a corporate giant with a polished image. We’re just regular folks who happen to be good at writing code and managing software systems. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with plenty of monitors and scattered notes. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have multiple deadlines hitting at once, but we usually manage to pull through. The Cloud-9 area is nice because it’s a bit away from the heaviest traffic. We like the balance of being in a city like Pune while still having a bit of space in our row house. It’s a practical way to run a software business without all the unnecessary bells and whistles.
