We’ve got our computers, some uncomfortable chairs that we really should replace one of these days, and a lot of notebooks filled with scribbles. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that does lattes. We just have a kettle and some tea bags in the corner. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know how to stay out of each other's way when things get stressful or when deadlines are close. Pimpri is a busy industrial area, so there’s always some kind of noise or activity happening outside. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work we have to do. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves. We’re just a private company trying to do our work without making a big fuss about it.
