We are based out of Bhosari, near the Walu-Naka Durga Mandir on the highway. It’s a busy location with lots of trucks passing by all the time. We are a shipping agency, so we spend most of our time dealing with cargo, containers, and a whole lot of paperwork. Shipping is a messy business with lots of delays at ports or issues with customs, and we are the ones who try to smooth those things out. Our office is a bit small and usually filled with stacks of documents and folders. We have a few phones that never seem to stop ringing. The people working here are used to the fast pace. We don't use any fancy talk about global networks; we just focus on getting a crate from point A to point B without it getting lost. Sometimes we have to stay late because a shipment is stuck or a driver is lost. It’s just part of the job. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we know the local roads and the customs office pretty well. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get the shipping manifests signed and the trucks moved out. It’s hard work, and it’s often stressful, but we keep showing up and doing it every day.
