Fortaleza Developers is based over at S No 210 on Central Avenue. We are right near the Gold Building Cinema. It’s a well-known landmark in Kalyani Nagar, so people find us pretty easily. Yerwada and Thergaon are areas we know well. We’ve been working in development for a while, mostly dealing with the practical side of things. It’s not all pretty pictures and models. Most of it is dealing with permits and making sure the bricks get delivered on the right day. We’ve got a small office where we keep everything organized. The noise from the street can get loud sometimes, especially when a movie is letting out next door. But we like the energy of the place. We aren't here to promise anyone the moon. We just build things. Sometimes we’re working on a small set of flats, other times it’s something else. We try to be fair with people. If something goes wrong on a site, we go out and look at it ourselves. We don’t hide behind emails. It’s better to just talk face to face. Kalyani Nagar has changed a lot, and we’ve been part of that, for better or worse. We’re just local builders trying to make a living and do a decent job. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture in the office because we’d rather spend that money on better materials for the buildings. We just keep our heads down and keep working through the week.
