Our place is located in Chinchwadgaon, specifically in Flat No 5 of the Ketki Apartments. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Marutai Mandir, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming by for the first time. It is a decent spot, not too far from the main road but far enough that we don't get all that heavy noise from the traffic. Forbes Marshall has been running out of this office for some time. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have desks set up and plenty of files everywhere because there is always a lot to keep track of. The building itself is older, but it feels like home to us. You won't see any big neon signs or polished marble floors here. Instead, you get a real sense of a working environment where the local staff is busy with the day's tasks. Sometimes we step out to the local tea stall nearby when we need a break. It is a regular neighborhood where people know each other. We deal with various engineering and steam-related tasks, keeping things functional and reliable. It’s just how we operate. We don’t need a big corporate office in the middle of a tech park to do a good job. We like it here in Chinchwadgaon where things feel a bit more grounded and real.
