Forbes Engineers Pvt Ltd

We operate out of Pimpri MIDC, specifically H Block at A 34/35. Being in the industrial zone means we are surrounded by other factories and the constant hum of manufacturing. Forbes Engineers Pvt Ltd is basically a big workshop where we spend our days looking at drawings and working with machines. It’s a practical space. We have some office rooms upstairs where the air conditioning works okay, but most of the action is on the shop floor. The walls are a bit grey, and there’s usually a pile of metal scrap in the corner waiting to be moved out on Mondays. We don’t do much in terms of decorating the place. It’s all about the machines and making sure the orders are filled correctly for our clients. The staff has been here for years, and we all know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. We take our breaks outside by the gate just to get some fresh air away from the oil smell. Pimpri is a tough place to commute to sometimes because of the traffic, but once we’re inside the gates, it’s just about getting the engineering right. We don’t have a website that’s updated or any fancy office furniture. We mostly just talk to our customers directly or over the phone. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on the measurements and the materials. If a machine breaks down, we stay late to fix it ourselves without any complaints.
