Foci Innovations Private Limited

Foci Innovations Private Limited is tucked away in the Yash Resi building, over at Sno 128/6 on Pashan Sus Road in Pune. It is a bit of a distance from the main city center, but we like it that way. The area is mostly residential, so it feels a lot calmer than the busier parts of Pune. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a small room with a few tables and some chairs that don’t quite match. We’ve been here for a while now, and the walls are starting to show some wear. We spend most of our time sitting at our computers, trying to figure out whatever problem we’re tackling that day. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, though you can hear the occasional car honking on the road outside. We aren't a large team, just a handful of people who have been working together for a bit. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we just talk over each other's shoulders when we need something. Sometimes we go for a walk down Pashan Sus Road when we need a break from the screens. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and go home to our families. It’s a simple setup and it suits us just fine for now.
