Flynetic Technology Private Limited

Flynetic Technology is based in Pune, over in the Balewadi area. We are in Building I of the Prakriti complex, specifically Flat 301. Balewadi has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings, but our corner is still pretty manageable. We moved into this flat because it gave us enough room to set up our workstations without feeling cramped. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which we actually prefer. We aren't big on corporate rules or fancy titles. We just have a small group of people who are good at tech and want to work together. Most days start with a quick chat about what’s on the plate for the afternoon. We have a lot of monitors and a lot of wires everywhere. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. The balcony gives us a bit of a view when we need a break from the screens. We don't have a big marketing budget or a PR team. We just rely on doing our work and letting that speak for itself. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps our stress levels down. We like being in this part of Maharashtra. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets loud, but inside, we just focus on the code. It’s a practical setup for people who just want to get things done without the corporate fluff.
