Flynaut Infotech is tucked away in the Nyati Serenity Enclave over in Hadapsar. We are in C 25, which is part of the larger Nyati estate. Hadapsar is usually a very busy area of Pune, but this specific enclave is tucked back a bit, so it stays fairly quiet. It’s a residential setting, which means the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don’t wear suits or follow strict corporate schedules here. Most of us show up in jeans, grab some tea, and get to work at our desks. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are books on the shelves that nobody has touched in months and a few plants that we occasionally remember to water. We find that working in a place like this keeps the stress down. You don't feel like you’re trapped in a cubicle all day. We have windows that let in plenty of natural light, which helps when you’re staring at a screen for eight hours. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark, or you hear people chatting in the hallway, but it’s all part of being in a real neighborhood. We like it this way. It’s honest and straightforward. We focus on our software tasks and try to stay on top of our deadlines without making a big fuss about it. It’s just a regular group of folks working in Hadapsar.
