Flour Works Hospitality Llp is located right on North Main Road in Koregaon Park. The address is SRNO 28/2, and we occupy the ground floor. Being in KP means it is always active outside our doors. There are many trees and lots of people walking around the neighborhood. Our space is not huge, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time talking to people and making sure things are running okay at our spots. It is not always smooth sailing. Sometimes equipment breaks or deliveries show up late. That is just how life is here. We have been at this spot for a while. The ground floor location makes it very easy for people to find us. Pune-411001 is a busy pin code to work in. We have a lot of neighbors who are also in the food and drink business. It feels like a real community on this street. We do not have a big team of executives. It is just a few of us making sure the daily tasks are finished. Some days are much quieter than others. On weekends, the whole area gets very loud and crowded. We just focus on the work at hand and ignore the chaos. You won't find any glossy brochures in our office. We just use old notebooks and simple spreadsheets. It is a practical way to run things.
