Our office is located in Pune on the second floor of VTP House. If you know Nagar Road, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially during the rush hours. We are in Office Number 3. It is a decent space with enough room for our small team to sit and work on our tech projects. We have been in this spot for some time now. The building is usually quite busy with people coming and going from the other offices. Most of us take the stairs because the lift can be a bit slow when everyone is using it at once. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, monitors, and the usual office stuff you’d expect. We aren't really into big fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s more about just having a place to sit down and get the work done. Usually, the afternoon sun hits the windows quite hard, so we keep the blinds down most of the day. There is a small pantry area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. We handle our daily tasks as they come, talking across the desks instead of sending formal emails to someone sitting three feet away. It feels like a normal workplace where people actually know each other. Pune is a fast city, but we try to keep our pace steady here at Flitzo Tech.
