Firoz Caterers is at Shop No 2 E 4 in Sunshree Soc on the main NIBM Road in Kondhwa. This area has grown so much lately and it’s always busy now. Our shop is easy to spot once you get into the society area. It’s not a huge place but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. NIBM Road is usually packed with cars and the sound of horns is something we’ve just grown used to over time. We start our work while most people are still sleeping. The morning air in Kondhwa is nice before the dust and traffic start up. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us doing the work every day. We handle the cleaning and the cooking and the deliveries ourselves. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when we have a big project going on but we make it work by staying organized. We have some regulars who stop by just to say hello while we are working. It’s a good community to be a part of. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local business trying to do a decent job and keep things running smoothly at Sunshree Soc. Every day brings something a little different but we just take it as it comes and try to finish our tasks.
