Firangi Tadka

Firangi Tadka is located on the Kalyani Nagar Main Road. If you know the area, you know how busy this road can get, especially on the weekends. I am usually at the shop way before we actually open to get the kitchen side of things moving. The main road has cars and bikes going by at all hours. It can be quite loud with all the honking and the engines. Our place is right there in the thick of it. We have a front area where people can wait and the main space inside. I spend a lot of time talking to the delivery drivers who are always in a hurry to get to the next spot. Kalyani Nagar is a fast-paced part of the city. There are a lot of offices and big buildings nearby. Firangi Tadka is just one of many spots on the street. I try to keep the tables wiped down and the menus straight, but it gets messy quickly when we are busy. The floor is old and has some marks on it that will not come out, but that is just how it is. We are not a big corporate chain with a fancy office. It is just a local business on Kalyani Nagar Main Road. Some nights are better than others. When the air is cool, we open the front up a bit more. I usually stay until the very last customer leaves and the lights on the main road finally start to dim.
