Fipl Site Blue Ridge

We are based out in New Sangvi, Pune, specifically at the Gangarde Nagar area. It’s a busy spot, and we are right there in the middle of it. Our work here is mostly tied to the Blue Ridge site project. It's not a fancy office at all. It’s more of a site-based operation where things are moving fast and there’s always something to do. We spend a lot of time on the ground, making sure the materials and the schedules are lining up. You’ll usually see us in our work gear rather than suits. The traffic in Pune can be a real struggle, but we've gotten used to it over time. We focus on the practical side of construction and infrastructure. It’s about getting the pipes and everything else where they belong. We don't have time for long meetings or corporate talk. We just need to get the job done right. The office is just a place to keep the files and take a breather. It’s loud and dusty sometimes because of all the activity around us, but that’s just part of being on a project site. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the layout like the back of our hands. It’s hard work, but we like seeing the progress every day. It's just a regular group of people working together to finish the project and move on to the next task on the list.
