Finvolve Solutions India Private Limited is located inside Nanded City, specifically in the Asawari building. We are in building B, flat number 2208. It’s quite high up, so we get a decent view of the surroundings. Nanded City is like a little world of its own, so it’s a very convenient place to have an office. We don't have a giant suite or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a flat that we’ve converted into a working space for our team. Most of what we do involves financial tech and software. We sit around the dining table or at desks we've set up in the rooms. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just talk through what needs to get done over tea. The commute is easy for those of us who live nearby. We like the fact that it’s quiet enough to actually get some thinking done. Software takes a lot of concentration, and this spot provides that. Sometimes the lifts are slow, but that’s just how it goes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do honest work and provide for our families. It’s a simple operation, run by people who enjoy what they do.
