We are located in Pimpri, specifically at the Mamta Housing Society. If you come to Masulkar Colony, just look for the N Sector area. Our office is in Flat No 302, which is up on the third floor of the building. Being in a residential flat is a bit unusual for a company like Finearc System Pvt. Ltd, but it actually works for us. The setting keeps everything quiet and comfortable. Inside, we have a few computers set up in the main room and some technical equipment in the back. Pune is a big city with a lot of traffic, but once you get inside the society gates, it’s much calmer. Most of our days are spent working on various systems and technical tasks. Instead of a big operation with hundreds of employees, there is just a handful of us here. We usually have tea together in the small kitchen area during our afternoon breaks. The neighbors are used to us being around by now. Since we don't have any big signs outside, you really have to look for the flat number to find us. Working in a housing society means we have to be mindful of the other residents. It keeps the atmosphere respectful. We just focus on our projects and try to get everything finished on time. This practical setup saves on costs and lets us focus on the work itself. Pimpri is a decent area with everything we need. We just stay out of the way and do our thing.
