Fine Living Concept

Fine Living Concept is located over in Kothrud, specifically in the Maharaja Complex. Our unit number is 40399. A lot of people find us because we are right opposite Babas Garden Restaurant. It’s a popular spot, so we get a lot of foot traffic from people who have just finished their lunch or dinner. Our shop is where we keep all our ideas for home living. It is a bit of a mix of everything. We have samples of different materials and photos of projects we have done over the years. It isn't always the tidiest place because we are constantly moving things around to show people how different items look together. The street outside can be quite chaotic with all the rickshaws and cars, but once you step inside, it is a bit quieter. We are just a small group of people who enjoy looking at how houses can be put together. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of the time, we are just talking to neighbors about their renovations or new flats. Sometimes we forget to turn the sign off when we leave, or the door squeaks a little when it’s humid. We just work here and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It is a local Kothrud business through and through. We like being part of the Maharaja Complex and seeing the same faces every day. It feels like home to us.
