Tucked away in Viman Nagar T Block at the Bhosari Industrial Estate 405, our place is more about work than looks. It’s a big industrial area and the trucks are always moving in and out of the gates. We spend most of our hours managing crates and checking on the stock that comes in from the farms. The air inside is always a bit cool because of the storage, which is a nice break from the heat outside in Bhosari. We have a small office tucked in the corner but most of the action happens on the floor where the loading happens. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy furniture or carpets. We deal with a lot of paperwork and logistics which can be a real headache some days. The staff here has been with us for a while and we all just know what needs to be done without talking too much. We focus on getting the food moved from one place to another without it sitting around for too long. Sometimes the machines break down or a truck gets stuck in traffic, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It is a busy life at unit 405 and there is rarely a quiet moment during the day. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid part of the industrial estate, doing our part without much noise.
