Fextern India Private Limited operates out of a small flat in Kiwale. We are located at Flat No 03 in Waman Residency, which is part of the Haveli taluka. It’s a quiet spot away from the main rush of the city. The office is really just a simple residential unit where we’ve set up our workstations. Since there are only a few of us, the space works out fine. We don't have any big flashy signs outside, just the building name Waman Residency to guide people. Inside, it’s mostly desks and a few cabinets for our files. We spend a lot of time here on our computers, dealing with the daily tasks that come with running Fextern. The area around Kiwale is developing, but it still has a bit of a village feel in some parts. We usually have our lunch together in the small kitchen area or go for a walk if the weather isn't too hot. It’s a very low-key environment. There are no fancy meetings or corporate events here. We just show up, do our work, and head home. Sometimes the internet acts up or we have to deal with the usual issues of running an office in a flat, but we manage. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending a lot on a big office in the center of town. We like the quiet pace of working in Haveli. It helps us stay focused on what we need to do each day.
