Femila Frozen Foods

Femila Frozen Foods operates out of the Tamhane Complex at Survey Number 183 in the Baner area. Unlike many of the other businesses nearby, our space is mostly filled with large industrial freezers that run all day and night. We have to be very careful about the temperature, so we spend a lot of time checking the gauges and making sure everything is working as it should. Baner has grown a lot in the last few years, and being in the Tamhane Complex puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city. It isn't a shop where you can walk in and look at items on a shelf. It is more of a functional distribution point where we receive bulk orders and then ship them out. Because of the freezers, it is usually quite cold inside our workspace, so even in the middle of a hot summer, you will see us wearing thick jackets or sweaters. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department. People usually find us when they are looking for specific frozen items for their restaurants or homes. Our record-keeping is a mix of a basic computer program and some old-fashioned ledgers where we write things down by hand. It is a very focused and steady business. We don't try to be something we are not. We just provide frozen food from our location at Sr No 183 and keep things moving.
