You’ll find us at plot 834 in the G I D C area of Camp Pandey Sarai. Being located in an industrial zone means most of our customers are the people working in the factories nearby. We sell a bit of everything that a person might need during a long shift. There are jars of pickles, packets of biscuits, and various brands of soap on the shelves. We also keep a good stock of tea and sugar because the workers are always needing a break. The shop itself is a simple structure and it can get quite hot when the sun is beating down on the roof. I keep a few chairs outside under the shade for people to sit for a minute while they have their cold drink. The floor is just plain cement and it gets dusty with all the people coming in and out from the factory yards. We try to keep the fridge well-stocked with water and soda because the heat around here is no joke. I’m usually behind the counter from early morning until the last shift ends at the factories. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the G I D C roads, so things arrive a bit late. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just the products on the shelves and the sound of the nearby machines humming. It’s a practical shop for practical people who are working in the local units.
