Farmaaish Multi Cuisine

We are over here in Wanowarie at Simran Seashell, right on Salunke Vihar Road. It gets pretty busy around here in the evenings, mostly with people coming home from work. We have been doing this for a bit now, cooking up a lot of different things since we decided to be a multi-cuisine place. It is just us in the kitchen most days, making sure everything is ready by the time the dinner rush starts. The address is 5 Salunke Vihar, if you are looking for the spot. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but we manage. We don't really have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name Farmaaish out front. It is a lot of work handling so many different types of food on one menu, honestly. One minute someone wants one thing and the next person wants something totally different. We just try to keep the pans moving and the floor clean. People from around the neighborhood usually just walk over or stop by on their scooters. It’s a decent enough spot in a good part of town. The building itself is easy to find once you get onto the main road. Nothing too complicated about how we run things, we just show up and start the prep work early every morning. Some days are faster than others. That's just how the food business goes in this part of Pune. The menu has a lot of items because of the multi-cuisine setup, so we stay busy checking our stock. Sometimes we run out of things, but we just do our best.
