Faasos

This Faasos outlet is located around the Sharad Housing Society in the Pimple Gurav area, not too far from the main SB Road. It’s a busy part of Shivaji Nagar and we get a lot of people coming through. Most of our work is getting orders ready for delivery, so the front of the shop is often full of drivers waiting with their bags. It’s a fast-paced environment. The kitchen is where all the action happens, with the grills going and the smell of onions and spices everywhere. We make a lot of wraps and bowls. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when ten orders come in at the same time, but we just keep our heads down and work through them. The staff is a group of young guys who live nearby. We don't have much of a dining area, just a small counter if you really want to stand and eat there, but most people prefer to take their food home or back to their office. We use a lot of flour and vegetables every day. The delivery bikes are parked outside all day long. It’s a practical setup. We aren't doing anything fancy, just putting together meals for people who are in a hurry or don't want to cook at home. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the morning traffic.
