Our office for Extreme Webtech Pvt Ltd is located at 83-84 in Shivaji Nagar Wakad. It is a practical sort of place, nothing too flashy or corporate. Most days are spent sitting at our desks and working through various projects. Shivaji Nagar is usually quite busy, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Over the years, we have made this small space our own. Cables run across the floor and coffee mugs sit next to piles of notes on the desks. It feels like a real working environment to us. There is no fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. If you walk in, you just find one of us at a computer. We are just a bunch of people who enjoy working with technology and solving problems. Some days are definitely longer than others, and it isn't always easy. No one here has a company car. Most of the team just takes the bus or rides a bike in. This straightforward way of earning a living suits us well. Being in Wakad makes us feel like part of the local community. We just keep our heads down and get on with whatever needs doing. It is not about being the biggest, just about doing a decent day's work.
