Our office is tucked away in Kothrud, specifically in the Roopnagari housing society on the second floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we’re used to it by now. Exoham Technologies has been running from this Plot No 5 spot for some time. It’s more of a homey setup than a strict business environment, which actually helps when things get stressful with coding. Pune has a lot of tech companies, but we’re happy being in this quiet part of Kothrud rather than a massive IT park. The rooms are filled with wires, extra keyboards, and plenty of empty coffee mugs. We usually start the day a bit late and stay until the work is finished. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us who really understand how to build things. Sometimes neighbors from the society pop by to say hello or ask about something. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; you just walk in and see everyone at their computers. The fans hum all day, and there's always someone complaining about the heat in the afternoon. We focus on the tech side of things and don't spend much time on fancy presentations. It’s just about getting the code right and making sure everything works like it should before we head home for the evening. It’s a very practical way to work for everyone involved in our small team.
