Exelrate Technologyindia Llp has its office in the Omega Tower of the Ace Almighty building. We are located at Flat No. 1103, which is on the 11th floor. The building is right behind Indra College in Tathwade, Pune. It’s a pretty busy part of town with a lot of students and young professionals around. Being up on the 11th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street. We work in technology, so the office is usually filled with the sound of fans and people typing. It’s not a huge space, but it’s organized enough for what we need. We have a small team here and everyone knows their role. We don't really have a boss who sits in a separate office; we all just work together in the same space. Sometimes we go downstairs to grab a snack or some tea when the afternoon slump hits. The area of Tathwade is quite convenient for us since it’s close to the highway. We’ve got a basic setup with our computers and a few whiteboards for planning. We aren't interested in making a big show of things. We just want to get through our projects and make sure everything is running the way it should. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We’re just a small technology firm trying to make things work in Maharashtra.
