Excel Engineers And Contractors

Based out of Wakad near the Hinjewadi Road. The office is at Survey No 425 in Mukund Nagar. It's actually Banglow No 46, which we call Vishwas Banglow. We do a lot of site work around here. Engineering and contracting takes up all our time. Some days we are in the office and other days we are out at the sites. The traffic on the road to Hinjewadi can be a real headache. We have been working in this area for a while. It used to be much quieter. Now there is construction everywhere you look. We keep our tools and papers at the bungalow. It's a lived-in space. Not like those shiny corporate offices in the IT park. We prefer it this way. You can find us easily if you know Mukund Nagar. Usually, there are a few bikes parked outside. We deal with all the usual stuff that comes with contracting. Paperwork, talking to workers, checking on progress. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things go smooth and sometimes there are delays. That is just the nature of the job. We don’t have a big staff, just enough to get the work handled. We've seen the whole landscape of Wakad change over the years. It's grown so much. We just keep doing our bit. If someone needs something built or checked, they usually just give us a call or drop by the house.
