We’ve been set up at No. 26, Electronic Sadan 1 in Bhosari M.I.D.C. for a while now. Pune is a busy place, and being in the industrial area means there is always something going on around us. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we sit and work on software stuff. Most days it’s just us at our desks, drinking tea and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it should. We started Evincere Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. because we liked technical work and wanted to do it our own way. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, but that’s just how it goes in this field. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic around Bhosari, but we’re used to it by now. People often ask what we actually do all day. We just handle software projects for different clients. It’s practical work. We don’t have big meetings or fancy presentations much. Usually, it’s just a few of us chatting about a problem until we find a fix. The walls are a bit plain and we could probably use some more plants, but it works for us. We like the local vibe here. There are a few good spots nearby to grab lunch when we need a break from the screens. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job every day without any fuss.
