We are located in Pune, specifically at Kumar Shantiniketan on Baner Pashan Road. Our office is on the 11th floor, room 1103. It is a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We have been here for a while now and the view from up here is quite nice, especially when the weather is clear. Most of our days are spent working on informatics and data systems. It is not always exciting, but it is steady work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We are a small team and everyone knows their role. We do not have a fancy reception area or a big coffee machine. Just a few desks, some good computers, and a lot of focus. Sometimes we order in lunch when things get really hectic near a deadline. Other times we might walk down to a nearby stall for a quick snack. The traffic on Baner Pashan Road can be a headache, so we try to time our commutes well. We are just regular people trying to do a solid job with the technical tasks we are given. There is nothing corporate about how we run things. We just keep our heads down, manage the systems we are responsible for, and try to stay organized. It is a practical office environment where the work comes first and the fluff is kept to a minimum. We have lived through the typical Pune summer heat and the monsoon rains in this office, and it has become our second home.
