Ethix Sofware Solutions is located in Chinchwadgaon, Pune, at the Monica 10 Apartment. We are in flat F14, which is right in the Tanhaji Nagar neighborhood. It is a quiet residential area, which is exactly what we need when we are trying to focus on software development. The apartment has been turned into a functional workspace where we spend our days staring at monitors and trying to get our code to work correctly. It is a simple setup with a few rooms and a small balcony where we sometimes go to clear our heads. We have been working out of this Chinchwadgaon location for a while now, and it suits our needs perfectly. We don't need a massive office in a skyscraper to do what we do. All we need is a stable internet connection and our machines. Usually, the day starts pretty early and we just work through until things are finished. We don't have any formal dress codes or strict rules about how to sit at a desk. We just want to get the work done without any extra stress. Tanhaji Nagar is a nice place with good people around, and we have become familiar with the local shops where we get our supplies. It is a very grounded way to run a tech business. We are just local people doing our jobs in a place that feels comfortable and honest. There isn't much more to it than that, really.
