Ethix Software Solution Pvt Ltd is based in Pune, specifically over in the Kalas-Visharantwadi area at a place called Ganga Kunj. It is a fairly standard residential-style building where we have set up our office. We are on the first floor, which makes it easy for us to move in and out. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops, so there is always some activity going on outside the windows. Inside, it is mostly just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time writing code and testing out different software ideas to see what sticks. The office is pretty basic with just enough desks for everyone and a small area where we can sit and have lunch together. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We prefer to spend our time actually working on the projects we have on our plates. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we are all talking at once trying to solve a problem, but usually, it is just the sound of clicking keys. We have been here in Visharantwadi for a bit now and we have gotten used to the local tea stalls and the way the traffic flows in the afternoon. It is a decent place to work, and we don't feel the need to be in one of those huge IT parks. This feels more like a real place where real work gets done every day.
