Our office is on the 4th floor of Beverly Estate on Bhandarkar Road. It’s a fairly well-known spot in the area. Eq-technologic (India) is what it says on the door, but to us, it’s just where we spend our Monday to Friday. The building has that old-school charm, and the 4th floor gives us a bit of a buffer from the street noise. Bhandarkar Road is usually quite busy, so the quiet inside the office is appreciated. We’ve got our desks lined up, and the space is filled with the usual office stuff—laptops, chargers, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. We’re a team that focuses on the technical side of things. It’s not flashy work, but it requires a lot of concentration. We don't have any big fancy signs or a grand entrance. You just come up the stairs or take the lift and you're there. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good flow going. We talk about our weekends, complain about the rain when it’s monsoon season, and share snacks in the afternoon. It’s a practical workspace for people who take their tasks seriously but don’t feel the need for corporate formalities. We just get on with it and try to keep things running smoothly.
